• West Midlands Inflatables came to the rescue for our daughters birthday party on Friday 15th Nov when another company let us down last minute. They were very responsive to calls, lovely customer service, arrived on time. Equipment was great. Would highly recommend!

In reply to your email, we were very pleased with your equipment and the shoot out and bouncy castle were a great success and helped to make for a great day.

Your two guys worked very hard to get the equipment up very quickly and efficiently.

The items were in great condition and ready to use in no time.

They then returned later, on what must have been a very long day for them and deflated the equipment and uplifted them back to the van, with minimum fuss.

Your two guys were a credit to you, and I was impressed with their hard work and dedication.

I have to say that I am more than happy to have this opportunity to give your Company some feedback.

Your Driver rang me on the day to confirm the delivery time & offered to come earlier than booked as he was in the area.

It was convenient & made perfect sense to do this.

We then agreed a mutually suitable collection time too.

He was friendly and professional in his manner and was happy to put the Alley just where we'd pictured it, although it was a lot bigger than expected!

He was prompt and courteous on each visit, which added to our hiring experience.

The equipment was in a clean & tidy condition (other than a few autumn leaves - not a problem) and all accounted for on collection.

Our elders group, The Tuesday Treasures, thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon, reliving their youth!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending you (in fact I already have) and am looking forward to using your services again.

Although my 4 grandsons are 16, 18 and 20 they do a lot of trampolining together and thoroughly enjoy the activity of the varied inflatables that your company have provided over the last few years.

They are very respectful and on the last occasion, one of my grandsons who is at college learning media studies including promotional film & advertising, created a fantastic trailer for the gladiator inflatable that we hired on the last occasion.

Don’t know whether you and your team would be interested in seeing it but it’s good fun in any case.

I hired several items from West Midlands Inflatable's and would do so again! The service was excellent, The gentlemen who came and dropped off the things we had hired went out of their way to be helpful, to set everything up and ensure that we knew how to operate it. They then came back at the time requested but were in no hurry to get things away and instead waited until we were ready. Many people have remarked on what a fantastic party it was and great fun was had by all.

I will definitely use their services again.
